Basic Crisis Negotiations Training

The North Central Task Force sponsored a Basic Crisis Negotiations course taught by qualified instructors from the National Tactical Officers Association (NTOA). Students learned a robust and comprehensive view of the most likely negotiation problems and best techniques to resolve them peacefully during the 40-hour course. Role players were used to bring a realistic aspect and provided a range of scenarios for the students to work through.
